| Deposit: For each week, we require a $150 non-refundable deposit. Reservations will be held for 10 days pending receipt of deposit payment. This advance payment may be made by cash, check or money order. If not received in 10 days, cabin will be available to other potential guest. |

Cancellation Policy: Advance deposits are non-refundable. Balance of booking is due upon arrival. You are responsible for all days booked at that time. No refunds for early departure or late arrivals. In the event of cancellation, we are able to re-rent a cabin for the full booking, we will refund your deposit less a $50 service charge once we receive the deposit from the other booking. |
